Brook Street is working with a client that is seeking a Contact Center Team Leader on a Full‑Time, Permanent basis. The role is fully office‑based, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and involves leading a team.
Responsibilities
* Lead a team of inbound call agents to arrange bookings.
* Make occasional outbound calls as required.
* Support team development through coaching on calls and training.
* Upsell where possible.
* Assist with exceptional customer service.
Qualifications and Experience
* Experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role.
* Experience with Motor Trade (non‑essential).
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
