Role Overview
As part of our Commercial Excellence team in the Northern European Hub (NEH), we seek a Business Intelligence Analyst passionate about transforming data into insights, data architecture, and process optimization. This role involves responsibilities across CRM, data quality, AI-driven innovation, and market intelligence, with hands-on work in Salesforce supporting users and platform development. If you are data-minded, driven, and eager to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking team supporting multiple geographies and business units.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Commercial Analytics
o Support daily operations, development, and optimization of CRM systems including Salesforce and Pitcher platforms.
o Participate in testing new features and platform improvements with global and regional teams.
o Provide user support and contribute to training initiatives.
o Analyze data to understand platform adoption, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
o Identify behavioral trends to support go-to-market strategies.
2. Data Quality & Integrity
o Ensure accuracy and completeness of CRM data across SAP CRM and Salesforce.
o Conduct data quality checks, monitoring, and cleansing initiatives.
o Collaborate on data governance and ownership with business users.
3. Business Intelligence & Reporting
o Design and deliver reports and dashboards using Power BI and Salesforce Analytics (CRMA).
o Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights.
4. AI & Digital Tools
o Leverage AI solutions for predictive analytics, automated insights, and anomaly detection.
o Explore automation opportunities for routine reports and processes.
o Stay informed on emerging BI tools and assist in their integration.
5. Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
o Collect and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
o Support development of market insights and dashboards.
o Assist in strategic reviews and commercial planning using internal and external data.
Who You Are

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP CRM, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar tools.
* Previous roles in data analysis or sales operations.
* Exposure to AI tools, data modeling, and automation technologies.
