We are seeking a Registered Manager to create a nurturing, activity-filled home where the People we Support can thrive. Whether you’re an experienced Registered Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up, this role offers growth and impact. You will be fully supported in your new role with a comprehensive induction programme and specialised management training. Lead a committed team to provide exceptional care and support for the People we Support
Develop comprehensive care plans to ensure the People we Support have a tailored plan that addresses their care, social, emotional, cultural and health needs
Develop a great team by working with the recruitment team to attract the best talent. Ensure compliancy with CQC regulations
Maintain high standards by establishing and monitoring high-quality care standards in line with quality standards
Collaborate with the HR team to undertake investigations of grievances, complaints and disciplinaries in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Complete on-call duties on a rota basis
Promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of each Person we Support
Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check at enhanced level
Minimum of 2 year experience supporting adults or young people
