Key Responsibilities:
Ensure high-standard deliveries via the Pallet Track Network, meeting KPI obligations.
Manage full-load business operations and optimise fleet efficiency.
Lead and support the Driving Team, ensuring compliance with planning expectations.
Identify and address under-performance, working closely with Management and drivers.
Oversee compliance on driver hours, vehicle defects, and infringements to meet regulations.
