RWS is seeking an experienced Finance Project Manager who will lead complex global finance transformation projects. The role will oversee the delivery of major finance systems initiatives including ERP implementations, finance system migrations, and finance process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of finance transformation projects, from initiation through to implementation and hypercare
* Manage the full project lifecycle including requirements, design, build, testing, deployment and transition into BAU support
* Engage with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT and Operations to ensure alignment on project objectives
* Maintain project documentation including project plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance artefacts
* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Communicate project progress, risks and key decisions to leadership
* Build strong cross-functional relationships across global teams
* Coordinate internal teams, external vendors and system integrators
* Ensure delivery against agreed scope, quality standards and deadlines
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience delivering finance transformation or ERP implementation projects
* Strong understanding of finance processes including general ledger, financial close, reporting, billing and revenue recognition
* Experience managing global or multi-entity finance projects
* Demonstrated experience managing ERP implementations or migrations (e.g. Dynamics, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Finance, IT and Operations
* Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leadership
* Experience working within structured project governance frameworks
* Experience with different finance systems
Desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Great Plains or NetSuite implementations
* Professional certification such as PRINCE2, PMP or APM
* Accounting qualification (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
