The Finance Assistant is a part-time role supporting the work of our Finance Director. Main responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): Accounting Client accounting Producing promoter and commission invoices for all engagements and sending as appropriate Produce monthly client account statements, for a selection of clients Distributing monthly client account statements To handle monthly credit card and foreign expenses for Directors Company credit card reconciliation in Xero Processing staff expense claims Other Ad hoc duties Full details of the role and person specification can be found on our website under the Current Opportunities section.
