Your day will start with a team huddle to share wins and tackle challenges, then dive into prospecting-making calls, leveraging social media, and identify opportunities with potential clients. This is a hands-on role where success means hitting activity targets, qualifying opportunities, and supporting the sales team with high-quality leads. Duties: Making outbound calls (up to 100 per day) and engaging prospects via phone and social media Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities based on specific selection criteria Keeping accurate and detailed CRM database Learning technical aspects of our products and how they solve our customers problems Skills: Tenacious and confident on the phone Organised and detail-oriented, especially with CRM updates Goal-driven and motivated by results Previous experience of outbound calling is a must Strong Relationship building and discovery questioning is a plus Hunger to grow and develop Resilient Some prior sales or lead generation experience is hugely advantageous Career progression and future earning potential is available for a candidate driven to succeed.
