The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised Client Relationship Manager to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Home Improvement retail accounts, delivering high-quality support and helping clients maximise the value of their finance facilities.
This role involves working closely with stakeholders at all levels, from frontline teams to board-level directors, and playing a key role in developing and growing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a portfolio of Home Improvement retailer accounts
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Directors
* Deliver training on finance products and processes to retailer staff
* Provide remote support across all aspects of finance facilities
* Ensure a consistently high standard of account management
* Identify opportunities to improve client performance and grow account volume
About You
* Highly organised, proactive, and self-motivated
* Previous experience in account management (POS finance experience preferred)
* Confident working with clients remotely
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
