TheRole
Working alongside our Pastry Head Chef, you’ll help deliver exceptional desserts, cakes, pastries, and other sweet and savoury creations across the hotel – from Afternoon Tea and Dinner in the Clunie Dining Room to the Flying Stag Pub and our elegantevent spaces. Using the very best seasonal and local ingredients, you’ll play a key part in ensuring every guest experience is unforgettable.
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for:
* Supporting the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the pastry section
* Preparing creative sweet and savoury treats to the highest standard
* Maintaining the exceptional quality expected of a luxury hotel
* Assisting with other sections when required
* Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and stock control in the pastry kitchen
* Continuously striving for excellence and improvement
