A leading Presentation & Communications Agency is seeking a new Events Manager to join their innovative team.

Salary: £35,000
Locations: Leicester (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client inquiries, lead creative discussions, and plan event delivery.
2. Handle the creative and logistical sides of events, ensuring seamless execution.
3. Work closely with our design team and creative talent to elevate events.
4. Encourage and implement innovative ideas that set industry standards.
5. Manage all aspects of production, including design, technical production, and print materials.
6. Effectively manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into event concepts.
What We're Looking For:
1. At least 2 years in planning and delivering events.
2. Proven experience managing events and working with brands.
3. Skilled in conducting site visits and installation planning with a strategic and creative approach.
4. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
5. Able to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
