Exciting Opportunity for Locum Consultant Diagnostic Neuroradiologists in Midlands!
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Consultant Diagnostic Neuroradiologist with an interest in Head and Neck imaging, to join a team of 7 Neuro-radiologists in a busy, dynamic department of 48 WTE radiology consultants delivering first-class emergency and non-acute services. The contract will start immediately. This is a full-time position for a Permanent or 12-month fixed term. Our Neuro-Diagnostic Neuroradiology roles are based in the Midlands.
Pulse offers a wide range of skills and interests, providing a high-quality, consultant-led diagnostic neuroradiology imaging service. As a Locum Consultant Diagnostic Neuroradiologist, you will have the opportunity to develop subspecialty areas of interest and progress your career in research, education, and radiological innovation in Midlands.
Contribute to the provision of high-quality diagnostic neuroradiology imaging services by actively participating in the 24/7 coverage of the service, which includes being on-call on a rotational basis. Develop specialized skills necessary to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and provide support to regional tertiary services. Additionally, offer clinical supervision to radiology trainees to facilitate their professional growth and development. Recognize that certain duties may be fulfilled through offsite working arrangements, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in service delivery.
Requirements:
* GMC registration
* Completed general training in Radiology and Diagnostic Neuroradiology at a specialist level in a recognized center.
* Experience and skills in a subspecialist area of neuroradiology, with a willingness to further develop these aspects.
* Ability to work within multidisciplinary healthcare teams and supervise junior staff.
* Enthusiasm for teaching and training.
