About the Role
As a Production Technician, you'll be involved in the full lifecycle of device preparation — from hands-on assembly to final calibration and testing. You will work as part of a skilled production team ensuring all products meet our high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble electronic and electromechanical medical devices to defined specifications
* Set up, test, and calibrate equipment in line with regulatory and performance standards
* Maintain accurate records and complete quality control documentation
* Assist in raw materials stock management
* Prepare devices for customer configuration and dispatch
* Pack and ship products safely and efficiently
* Collect and analyse performance data to support continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
Essential Skills & Experience
* HNC or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
* Minimum 2 years' experience in hands-on electronic assembly
* Experience of PCB component soldering
* Familiarity with modern manufacturing processes and tools
* Prior experience in a regulated environment (medical devices or similar)
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
* High attention to detail with a focus on quality and reliability
* Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
