A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an OT Team Leader position at Wirral.
About the Role:
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist with the ability to lead the performance of a team, ensuring quality assurance and best practice around the provision of the OT service. As OT Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing provisions of a range of specialist OT service areas, enabling people to be as independent as possible and to remain safe in their own homes, and strive to improve provision to people we serve in Wirral.
About the Candidate:
You will be a strong communicator with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners, such as contract and commissioning leads and health partners, in order to agree on joint strategic development, achieve joint criteria-led outcomes, and identify service improvements or gaps under joint commissioning.
