We are seeking a dynamic and experienced a Head Gymnastics Coach to lead our gymnastics program across the Arun contract. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for gymnastics development. This role includes coaching responsibilities as well as overseeing the co-ordination and administration of the gymnastics programme and managing the gymnastics coaching team. The good thing is that we provide you with full training and great potential for career progression, we have over 100 facilities across England and Wales – many of our staff have built successful careers with us because they love the having a positive impact in their local communities and enjoy the variety that the role provides. Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis) Requirements Minimum Level 3 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification Experience in managing a varied workload Gymnastics and dry side programme knowledge Staff management experience Programme management Invoice and budget experience Expectational organisational skills An ability to analyse problems, situations, and information, think laterally and present creative solutions Well-developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally Team-oriented approach, able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of colleagues' work Flexible and adaptable Proven experience coaching recreational and competitive gymnasts Prior leadership or head coach experience strongly preferred First Aid training (training provided) Enhanced DBS check to be carried out Benefits We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
