Job Title: Reception and Bookings Coordinator

About the Role
We're seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive individual to join our Social Enterprise service. This role is key to ensuring our meeting and event spaces run smoothly while creating a welcoming environment for our community of women and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Set up rooms for customer bookings, including teas, coffees, biscuits, and appropriate table layouts.
2. Provide lunchtime refills and deliver lunch orders.
3. Manage the reception desk, greeting visitors, signing them in and out in line with fire safety procedures.
4. Oversee the booking calendar and email inbox, alerting the Centre Manager of any requests.
5. Create and send weekly invoices for customers.
6. Build rapport with visitors and residents, ensuring a positive and professional atmosphere.
Requirements:
7. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
8. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
9. Confident using email, calendars, and basic invoicing systems.
10. Ability to work independently and use initiative.
11. Friendly and approachable, with a can-do attitude.
