Job Summary
Docklands Primary Care Network (PCN) is looking to recruit a Part‑Time Senior Administrator to join the PCN team. The post holder will provide advanced administrative support for the Primary Care Network to enable the delivery of services in line with the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service specification (PCN DES) and facilitate development of the PCN.
The postholder will support the Network Additional Roles staff including the Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescriber, Care Coordinators, First Contact Physiotherapist and any other roles established on behalf of the Network under the Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme and other roles.
The post holder will work across the 3 Practices in Docklands PCN to support the above roles.

Responsibilities
* Provide operational and strategic support to the PCN, supporting the Clinical Director and member practices to maintain and develop a fully‑functioning Primary Care Network and achieve local priorities.
* Assist the Clinical Director in ensuring delivery of the Network Contract DES and engagement of all practices in the delivery of the DES, including Enhanced Access services.
* Support the development and delivery of the Network Development Plan and utilisation of Development Funds.
* Facilitate working relationships with key partners and stakeholders to optimise services for the network population.
* Represent the Network at meetings with Newham Health Collaborative, the ICB and other partners to provide updates and feedback.
* Encourage learning within the Network to improve services and patient outcomes.
* Identify network risks and recommend mitigating actions.
* Collect and analyse statistical and management information within the organisation.
* Co‑ordinate PCN meetings: set dates, send invitations, create agendas, take minutes and follow up on action points.
* Co‑ordinate PCN/Practice Manager forums prior to board meetings.
Qualifications
* Ideally qualified to degree level or equivalent.
* Post‑Graduate management qualification or equivalent training/development (desirable).
* Evidence of continuous management and leadership development (desirable).
Experience
* Demonstrable experience of business planning processes in large organisations.
* Experience working in General Practice or Primary Care partnership working.
* Proven experience in delivering major service and organisational change (desirable).
* Experience at a senior level in a complex multi‑disciplinary setting (desirable).
* Detailed knowledge of legislation and statutory responsibilities of health and social care agencies in Primary Care Services (desirable).

Compensation & Contract
* Salary: £31,000 to £35,000 per annum pro rata (inclusive of HCAs).
* Contract: Fixed term, 12 months.
