This is a standout opportunity for a senior solicitor or partner-level individual who enjoys both strategic oversight and hands-on fee-earning.The Role:As Head of Department, you'll be responsible for:
* Leading the residential property team, providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship
* Managing a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and high-value transactions
* Overseeing compliance, quality standards, and risk management within the department
* Driving business development, marketing, and client relationship strategies
* Working closely with partners and the wider leadership team on departmental growth
?? Requirements
* A minimum of 8+ years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
* Proven leadership experience within a law firm environment
* Strong technical expertise across a range of property transactions
* Excellent client care and commercial awareness
* Track record of managing, developing, or mentoring a team
