Hybrid working – 2 days on site

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across adult social care services, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Drive service improvement and regulatory readiness across all functions.
• Take ownership of performance, risk and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with health, housing and voluntary sector partners.
• Deliver transformation and modernisation in response to demand and financial pressures.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership experience within a local authority adult social care setting.
• Strong knowledge of statutory duties, safeguarding and regulatory frameworks.
• Track record of delivering service transformation and improvement programmes.
• Demonstrable ability to lead multi‑agency partnerships effectively.
• Relevant professional qualifications and leadership credentials.
