General Secretarial duties Providing excellent customer care to current clients/accounts Provide support and aftercare to current clients/accounts Learning and developing knowledge of the excellent product range which is the best quality on market Working closely with Directors ensuring all clients/accounts are updated and happy with services. Keeping well on top of the account/customer care, ensuring all clients concerns or queries are dealt with before they become an issue.
