Job Purpose
To assist in the effective account management of Everything Tech Group's customers by providing excellent customer service and supporting our Sales and Technical Teams with high-level support.
Our Business Support Specialist will handle inbound sales queries, respond to requests from the technical support team, ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date, and assist with sales order processing and billing queries. They will contribute to increasing revenue by gathering pricing for proposals, supporting project delivery, and maintaining sales administration duties, including recording revenues and customer contracts accurately.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
* Handle inbound sales calls ensuring prompt, friendly service
* Respond to tickets from the technical support team regarding replacements and upgrades
* Collaborate with Technical Teams to ensure relevant and solutions-based quotes
* Liaise with suppliers and Procurement to source solutions at the best prices
* Send quotes for customer approval
* Process sales and ensure smooth handover to Procurement and Accounts teams
* Track sales orders and update customers on progress and issues
* Maintain customer agreements and system data accuracy
* Support the sales pipeline and administrative tasks as directed by management
* Assist with proposal, project documentation, and general admin duties
* Follow company ISMS protocols and report issues accordingly
Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes
* Proven experience in Customer Service
* Experience in Sales Administration and/or Account Management
* IT industry knowledge or experience is desirable
* Experience with CRM and sales software such as Hubspot and Autotask
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Sales-driven with a positive attitude and resilience
* High attention to detail and confidentiality
* Self-motivated, able to work under pressure both independently and as part of a team
* Good IT skills and a team player mentality

Hours of Work
* 37.5 hours per week, with additional hours as needed
