What You’ll Bring
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC pin
* Proven experience as a Deputy Nurse Manager, Clinical Lead Nurse, or above within a nursing home environment – essential
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of clinical best practice, compliance, and person-centred care
* A compassionate, professional approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure

* Support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operational and clinical management of the home
* Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of nurses and care professionals to deliver high-quality care
* Oversee care planning, clinical governance, and medication management
* Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and internal quality frameworks
* Carry out staff supervision, training, and appraisals, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
* Build positive, collaborative relationships with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals
