JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide support to the Senior Management Team of our IT & Business Change Directorate at The Guinness Partnership. This is a full time, permanent position based from our Oldham office. We understand balance is important and therefore operate a hybrid working style which consists of 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Reporting to the Group Director, you will provide efficient, confidential, and high-quality administration and secretarial support to the Director and the wider directorate. This will include diary management, minute taking, following up on actions, preparation of presentations and communication briefings, making travel arrangements, undertaking research and general project work as required. You will have proven experience, ideally from the IT and or Business Change industry, and be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, complex environment. About you The successful candidate should have the ability to anticipate the needs of a busy Director. Were looking for someone who is highly organised with a proactive approach. You should be professional and personable, with demonstrable experience of providing key support at a senior level. You will also be able to demonstrate: Confidentiality: Proven experience of working within a confidential environment. Prioritisation: Ability to prioritise work schedules and activities, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Data Driven: Proven experience of writing and coordinating reports for submission to Board and Executive teams. Customer Service: Experience of working within a customer service environment.
