We’re looking for a Technical Service Manager to lead a team of four skilled repair technicians. You’ll oversee service and repair operations for a range of advanced testing equipment, ensuring exceptional customer support and technical excellence.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a team of service and repair technicians, driving performance and continuous improvement.
Manage the diagnosis and repair of complex technical issues across multiple product lines.
Validate and test instruments, follow protocols, record results, and prepare equipment for shipment.
Provide expert technical support to customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Maintain accurate service, repair, and test records, and contribute to technical documentation.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience managing a technical service or repair team.
Strong engineering background – mechanical or electronic experience preferred.
Ability to interpret repair orders, technical drawings, charts, and equipment manuals.
Hands-on experience with repair, testing, and servicing of technical equipment.
