About the Role:
We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing, high-performing team. Following a standout year in 2024, we are looking for someone who thrives in a data-driven, commercial environment and is laser-focused on delivering measurable marketing results.
This role is ideal for someone who is decisive, analytical, and relentlessly committed to performance marketing — someone who sees marketing as a growth engine and is driven by ROI, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
What You'll Deliver:
* High-Impact Digital Strategy – Own and execute digital marketing strategies that directly drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Success will be measured by pipeline contribution and ROI.
* Conversion-Optimised Web Performance – Use Google Analytics and other tools to track user behaviour and site performance, delivering actionable insights that improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
* Organic Growth Through SEO – Implement and refine SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and enhance user experience — with clear KPIs around visibility and engagement.
* Content That Converts – Create and deploy digital content (landing pages, blogs, emails, social posts) that drives engagement and leads. Campaign success will be measured by CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality.
* Website Excellence – Maintain and optimise WordPress websites to ensure seamless UX, fast load times, and SEO-friendly structure — with performance tracked against bounce rates and dwell time.
* Data-Driven Experimentation – Run A/B tests across campaigns and landing pages to continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics.
* Email Campaign ROI – Deliver segmented, automated email campaigns that drive nurture and conversion — with clear metrics around open rates, CTR, and pipeline contribution.
* Event & Collateral Impact – Support digital promotion of events and branded materials that enhance visibility and drive attendance — measured by engagement and post-event conversion.
* Client Relationship Growth – Build long-term client relationships and develop sales plans with measurable outcomes — including client retention, upsell opportunities, and revenue growth.
What We're Looking For:
* Expertise in website analytics & Google Analytics to track performance and user behaviour.
* Strong SEO knowledge to improve organic visibility and ranking.
* Experience in omni-channel media marketing with a focus on audience growth, engagement, and conversion.
* Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot) for website updates and optimisation.
* Strong email marketing skills, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
* Experience in PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
* Strong data analysis & A/B testing skills to refine digital campaigns and optimise performance.
* Ability to mentor team members and manage relationships with external agencies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach – able to take initiative, identify opportunities, and drive projects forward, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
