Job Summary
Schoen Clinic Chelsea have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Psychologist to join the team on a part time, permanent basis.
Main duties of the job
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic assessments and interventions both individually and in group settings, in line with service needs.
* Take clinical responsibility for a caseload of patients, confidently managing 1:1 therapy and contributing to our innovative day programme.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues through active participation in weekly MDT meetings, helping to shape patient care and treatment decisions.
* Present at CPD events within your area of expertise, supporting the clinics ongoing commitment to professional development.
* Provide supervision and guidance to Assistant Psychologists or Therapy Assistants when in post.

Job Description
Responsibilities
* Bring experience in group facilitation and a confident, independent approach to managing a clinical caseload.
* Maintain regular clinical supervision and stay updated on the latest evidence-based interventions.
* Contribute to service development, working alongside our Therapy Services Manager and Quality Management team to harness data and Routine Outcome Measures for continuous improvement.
* Share our values and ambition to deliver exceptional care and clinical excellence.

Skills & Requirements
You will be registered with the HCPC and possess a full, unrestricted license to practice. You will have doctorate training in Clinical Psychology, Masters Level Training in Psychotherapy, or equivalent accreditation. Essential knowledge includes the Care Act, CQC Standards, professional standards of your body, and evidence-based interventions for Schoen Clinic Chelsea clients. Proficiency in online therapeutic practice and post-qualification experience in specialist assessments, psychological formulation, and therapeutic interventions is required.
Person Specification
Qualifications (Essential)
* Maintain eligibility for the register of Chartered Psychologists
* Doctorate in Clinical/Counselling Psychology
* HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist
Qualifications (Desirable)
* Post qualification experience in a relevant setting
* Completion of formal training to meet eligibility as clinical supervisor of Doctoral Trainee Clinical Psychologists
Experience (Essential)
* Experience of specialist psychological assessment and treatment of clients, including those with PTSD and Personality Disorder
* Experience working with teams
Experience (Desirable)
* Experience of teaching, training, and supervision
* Experience of running team formulation meetings
* Experience of service development
* Experience of facilitating groups (specifically CFT/DBT)
