We are seeking committed Teaching Assistants to join the team and make a lasting impact. About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support students with their learning, communication, and personal development Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff Help deliver EHCP targets and individualised programmes Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and sensory support when required Encourage independence and build strong relationships with students Ideal Candidates Will Have: Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs (desirable but not essential) A caring, patient, and proactive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills The willingness to undertake personal care duties A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one Why Join This Role Through Teaching Personnel?
