BIM Lead Location: Birmingham Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum (DOE) An established built-environment consultancy is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM standards, governance, and digital coordination across major design projects. This is a senior, influential role focused on how BIM is implemented, controlled, and continuously improved across the business. You will act as the central authority on BIM processes, supporting multiple project teams and ensuring consistent, high-quality digital delivery.
