Group Sales Manager
Location: Central London
Contract: Full-time, on-site (evenings and weekends as required)
Salary: £40,000 base + commission

Combining immersive theatre with a luxury hospitality experience, the venue hosts spectacular productions that attract both domestic and international audiences. The Group Sales Manager will lead all group and travel trade business, driving revenue through partnerships with domestic and international tour operators, DMCs, group travel organisers, and corporate clients. You will build and nurture relationships across multiple markets, creating exceptional group experiences that combine premium dining and live entertainment within one of London’s most distinctive cultural destinations. This position suits someone with strong existing trade connections, a deep understanding of group booking logistics, and the ability to transform complex itineraries into seamless, high‑value events.
Key Responsibilities
Group & Travel Trade Sales
* Drive group booking revenue across domestic and international markets.
* Build and manage relationships with tour operators, wholesalers, DMCs, travel agents, and group organisers.
* Develop tailored group packages and rate structures aligned with seasonal productions.
* Manage allocations, contracts, and booking terms for tour and trade partners.
* Identify and convert new B2B opportunities through networking, trade shows, and strategic partnerships.
Client Relationships
* Serve as the main point of contact for all group, travel trade, and corporate clients.
* Deliver a responsive, service‑led approach from enquiry through to event delivery.
* Host site visits, familiarisation trips, and showcase evenings for domestic and overseas partners.
* Maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts to secure repeat and series bookings.
Commercial & Coordination
* Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure smooth coordination of large group visits.
* Monitor booking trends and adjust pricing or allocation strategies as needed.
* Maintain CRM accuracy (TripleSeat / Line‑Up) and provide clear reporting on pipeline and conversion.
* Work closely with the Head of Sales to forecast, track, and grow group revenue streams.
Experience & Skills
* 3–5 years’ experience in group sales or travel trade management within entertainment, attractions, or hospitality.
* Proven success in developing partnerships with tour operators, DMCs, and group travel organisers.
* Strong understanding of group contracting, allocations, and rate management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with domestic and international clients.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and strong organisational discipline.
* Confident hosting site visits and presentations for trade and B2B audiences.
* Professional, polished, and comfortable representing a premium entertainment brand.
Desirable
* Existing network within the UK and international travel trade.
* Experience working with inbound markets (Europe, North America, Asia).
* Knowledge of group booking systems, distribution, and incentive travel.
* Familiarity with luxury or cultural attractions in London.
