We are seeking an experienced Training Manager to support a large-scale Oracle HCM implementation and rollout programme.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, design, and deliver end-user training for Oracle HCM rollout
* Develop training strategy, materials, and user guides
* Coordinate training schedules across multiple business units
* Work closely with HR, IT, and change management teams
* Support system adoption and user readiness activities
* Manage training communication and engagement plans
* Track training completion and effectiveness metrics
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Training Manager in large ERP/HCM programmes
* Strong experience with Oracle HCM implementation or rollout projects
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple teams and global users
* Experience in change management and user adoption is highly desirable
* Background in HR systems or transformation projects preferred
Nice to Have
* Oracle HCM Cloud certification or exposure
* Experience in global rollouts or large enterprise environments
* Familiarity with Agile project environments
