A leading advisory and business services firm is looking for an experienced Insolvency Manager or Senior Manager to join its expanding Restructuring & Insolvency team in London. This is a chance to step into a senior role where you'll manage a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency cases from Administrations and CVLs to MVLs, CVAs, and more complex restructuring assignments while shaping the direction of a growing national practice.
You'll take ownership of engagements from appointment through to closure, ensuring every case meets statutory requirements and progresses efficiently. Alongside this, you'll lead and mentor a team of Administrators and Assistant Managers, review statutory reports and financial analysis, present findings to stakeholders, and conduct investigations into company affairs and director conduct. You'll work closely with solicitors, agents, lenders, and other advisers, and you'll play an active role in business development, networking, and supporting senior leadership with workflow planning and process improvements.
To thrive here, you'll bring strong experience across corporate insolvency and restructuring, solid technical knowledge of formal processes, and a proven ability to lead teams and manage complex engagements. Ideally, you'll have an insolvency qualification - CPI / CII / JIEB but experience is more important. Accounting qualifications are a nice-to-have.
In return, you'll join a collaborative, supportive team offering a competitive salary and benefits package, hybrid working, clear progression opportunities, and exposure to high‐quality, complex work that will continue to develop your expertise.
