Workshop Controller Job Location: Ferndown, Dorset Job Type: Permanent Salary: £38,000 per annum Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm We are currently recruiting for a Workshop Controller for a busy & well-established family run business. Within this role you will be key to ensuring the effective communication between the service team & technicians ensuring that customer works are carried out effectively and on time. The role will see you greeting customers to book in their vehicles, ensuring parts are ready for the days jobs, technicians’ workloads are allocated, dealing with any queries between the departments. We are looking for someone who has previous vehicle mechanics experience, in order to have an understanding of the works being carried out and also undertaking quality control checks of vehicles.
