We are looking to recruit a Head of Sales for our St Margarets office. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional, and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a successful track record in marketing at both national and international levels, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendation. Trusted for generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and the South of England for 150 years.
About the Role:
The successful Head of Sales will be responsible for:
1. Achieving the branch targets for your office.
2. Accountability for delivering both individual and collective objectives, including profitability, improved market share, and increased group value.
3. Professionally dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression, and negotiations, ensuring adherence to the company's sales process.
4. Using data and feedback to interpret market trends, delivering weekly updates to clients, and offering advice and recommendations to facilitate successful transactions.
5. Conducting monthly performance reviews with each team member to validate performance, challenge them to fulfill their potential, and identify training and development needs.
6. Abiding by service standards and all legislation.
7. Maintaining all aspects of property marketing, including updating client brochures with current information, photographs, and price changes.
8. Producing documentation for new listings, such as agency agreements, money laundering forms, fact finds, and other relevant paperwork.
9. Overseeing the recruitment process for the office.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

* Computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
* Excellent organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
* Full and clean driving license.
