This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join an established retailer based within their South London Head Office.
Reporting into the Head of Ecommerce and responsible for managing the performance of the marketing strategy covering all channels including Affiliates, PPC, Retargeting and Prospecting. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring you maximise overall profitability by achieving individual marketing campaigns or channels ROI targets.
Your main responsibilities as the Marketing Manager will involve;
* Monitor the performance of the overall Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Ecom to monitor all channels including Affiliates, PPC, Retargeting and Display.
* Ensuring you maximum overall profitability by achieving individual marketing campaigns or channels ROI targets against spend.
* Responsibility for the Marketing department budgets and ensuring campaigns run within these.
* Continually review and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns update and amend campaigns as required to maximise sales per campaign / season.
* Working cross functionally to ensure and maintaining the seasonal trade and promotional calendars align with tailored campaigns i.e., social media & digital.
* Producing reports for the campaign conversions - customer spend conversions / returns / abandoned baskets etc inc. Google Ads
* Monitor all media channels inc. PPC / SEO/ Affiliates /Conversions and the general customer journey.
* Working closely with external agencies and managing relationships for paid social media etc.
* Ensure department meet set commercial targets reviewed Monthly/Quarterly & Annually
Key requirement for the role;
* Proven experience in Managing Performance marketing within a UK retail environment.
* Experienced in optimising paid marketing campaigns with the ability to creatively adapt strategies in response to performance.
* Ability to work to set targets & deadlines with a focussed approach.
* Process driven with the ability to manage numerous marketing campaigns simultaneously.
* Excellent communicator delivering the marketing vision using both verbal and written communication skills.
