Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care (Elderly Care)
Location: Stockport
Salary: £43,000 – £46,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a well-established domiciliary care service in the Stockport area, delivering high-quality elderly care across both commissioned and private packages.
The service currently operates:
* 100+ service hours per week
* 1,500+ client hours per month
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated manager to maintain outstanding care standards while supporting business growth and team development.
Key Requirements:
* CQC Registered Manager (or working towards)
* Previous experience managing domiciliary care services
* Elderly care experience essential
* QCF Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong leadership, compliance, and operational management skills
* Commercially aware with experience managing both private and commissioned care
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
