TPR grade & pay group: Grade 5 & Digital
Directorate: Digital, Data & Technology
Contract type: Permanent
Location: Brighton: Hybrid (6 days per month in the office)
You will play a pivotal leadership role in transforming The Pensions Regulator (TPR) and the wider pensions landscape.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will operate at the centre of Digital, Data and Technology, working closely with policy, regulatory and operational teams to shape outcomes from early policy intent through to delivery.
With major regulatory change underway, you will have a unique opportunity to improve the lives of millions of people across the UK as they save for and live through retirement.
As one of two Senior Product Managers, you will lead a complex portfolio of services, taking accountability for strategy, delivery and outcomes.
You will lead on both external and internal services. This includes shaping and transforming external services that enable schemes, employers and trustees to meet regulatory obligations, access accounts and interact digitally with TPR, as well as providing guidance to help users understand and meet their responsibilities.
You will also lead internal services that enable effective regulation, including supervision and enforcement, stakeholder relationship management, and data-driven decision making. This includes shaping the platforms and tools that underpin how TPR operates, enabling teams to collaborate effectively and deliver outcomes for savers at scale.
Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be a core part of TPR’s growing Product community. You will lead and manage members of the Product team directly, while also working with and influencing colleagues across Digital, Data and Technology and the wider organisation.
You will work across multidisciplinary teams delivering high-impact services, helping to shape how Product operates across TPR and how we deliver value at scale. This includes regular engagement with Heads of Department and senior stakeholders, including executive-level leaders, to shape strategy, define outcomes and drive delivery.
