This role pays a competitive salary of £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Residential Conveyancer:
* Able to handle high caseload in conveyancing from start to completion.
* Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
* Stay updated with conveyancing regulations and relevant legislation.
* Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
