Job Title: Change & Adoption Lead – Copilot
Location: Sheffield- 3days/week Onsite
Duration: 6months+ Contract Inside IR35
500GBP/day
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the change strategy for introducing Microsoft Copilot across the organisation.
* Define and execute the adoption plan, manage pilots and phased rollouts, and create engaging communications to drive awareness.
* Design training programs and learning paths for different user groups, track adoption, gather feedback, and continuously improve enablement materials.
Key Skills:
Change management, stakeholder engagement, training design, communication strategy, digital adoption experience.
