A Team Manager for an Assertive Outreach Team (AOT) in mental health leads a multidisciplinary service that provides intensive, community-based support to individuals with severe and enduring mental health conditions who may struggle to engage with traditional services. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operation of the team, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care is delivered in line with local and national standards. The manager provides clinical and operational leadership, supports risk management, and promotes recovery-focused practice.
