Description
* Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making processes.
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure financial targets are met.
* Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and insights.
* Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
* Monitor cost control measures and provide recommendations for efficiency improvements.
* Ensure timely submission of tax returns and other statutory filings.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
* A professional accounting qualification or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
* Proven experience in management accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* An understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Preffered NetSuite experience.
