The Role
We're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Credit Controller. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Vimto Gardens, Manchester and you will have a salary of £24,000 per year.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with debt recovery efforts by contacting debtors via phone, email, and other communication channels.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of debt recovery efforts and outcomes.
* Working closely with other members of the debt recovery team to ensure timely and effective debt recovery.
* Assisting with administrative tasks related to debt recovery, such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
* Prior experience in debt recovery or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
