Job Description:
Our client, a highly respected commercial law firm, is seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its dynamic and expanding Real Estate team in Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified lawyer to develop their career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, working on significant and varied commercial property matters.
About the Role:
This role provides exposure to high-value real estate transactions and a broad client base across sectors such as retail, renewable energy, and investment. You will receive responsibility from the start, with strong mentorship and training to support your professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management for various clients.
2. Supporting due diligence on property transactions, including reviewing titles, drafting reports, and managing property searches.
3. Drafting and negotiating leases, licenses, and other property-related documents.
4. Collaborating with colleagues across departments on multidisciplinary matters, including finance, corporate, and planning.
5. Contributing to client relationship management and participating in team business development initiatives.
Requirements:
* A recently qualified Solicitor (NQ or up to 1 year PQE) with a training seat in Real Estate or a strong interest in the sector.
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
* A proactive team player with a genuine interest in building client relationships.
* Commercial awareness and eagerness to learn and grow within a leading practice.
