Key Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Acquisition: Find and purchase cars from auctions, private sellers, and trade-ins.
• Assessment: Evaluate car conditions and market value.
• Sales Process: Handle customer inquiries, manage negotiations, and finalize sales.
• Marketing: Take high-quality photos and videos of cars for social media advertising.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service and handle customer queries and complaints.
Skills and Experiences Needed:
• Sales Experience: Proven track record in car sales with a focus on meeting sales targets.
• Purchasing Skills: Experience in buying cars through various channels and strong negotiation skills.
• Technical Skills: Ability to use CRM software and knowledge of car financing and insurance processes.
• Photography/Videography: Skills in taking attractive car photos and videos for online listings.
• Market Knowledge: Good understanding of car models, brands, and market trends.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills for customer interaction and relationship management.
Desired Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
