Brightwork are recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to work with our client, a well-known organisation at their offices in Edinburgh on a temporary basis.
Working within their busy HR team, the successful candidate will provide key support to the team throughout a peak period of recruitment activity.
Duties will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact for incoming queries to the department
- Supporting candidates with the onboarding process
- Updating and maintaining the internal databases with candidate information
- Assisting with the creation and issuing of contracts
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience working within an administrative role - experience within a HR/recruitment team is advantageous but not essential
- Be confident working with all MS Office packages, in particular Excel
- Have a strong eye for detail
- Have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
