About the Role
This position sits within the Client Success team, where the primary responsibility is to deliver a high-quality, consultative service to a portfolio of employer clients. You'll be the key point of contact, ensuring campaigns stay on track, expectations are managed, and recruitment targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Campaign Oversight
* Take ownership of a selection of client projects, managing all communication from planning through to completion
* Lead weekly updates, performance tracking, and feedback sessions with clients
* Handle candidate pipeline progress, address queries, and escalate any issues in a timely manner
