Overview
Gas Service Engineer - South Wales (CF, NP, SA Postcodes). Locations Covered: South Wales - CF, NP, SA. Contract coverage will depend on where the engineer is based. Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (9-hour day). Working Pattern: Monday-Sunday availability (as required).
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Gas Service Engineer to carry out domestic gas servicing across South Wales. This role is paid per completed service and typically involves completing 8-9 jobs per day. An assessment and face‑to‑face interview will be required prior to starting.
Pay Rates
Winter Months (enhanced pay):
* Own van: £26.50 per hour
* Company van: £24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
* Carry out domestic gas servicing across allocated postcode areas
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to required standards
* Accurately complete service documentation
* Deliver a professional and customer‑focused service
Essential Qualifications
* CCN1 - Core Gas Safety
* CENWAT - Boilers & Water Heaters
* Basic DBS
* NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent)
* ACS accreditation
Desirable Qualifications
* HTR1 - Gas Fires
* CKR1 - Domestic Cookers
