Duties as a Service Advisor will include:
11. Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service from arrival to vehicle handover
12. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering accurate estimates
13. Maintain precise records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions
14. Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products to enhance the customer experience
15. Liaise closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
16. Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and manage any concerns effectively
Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:
17. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive position is highly desirable
18. Excellent communication and customer service skills
19. Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
20. Genuine passion for the motor trade and a professional work ethic
21. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
22. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues
23. Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues swiftly
