Duties as a Service Advisor will include:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service from arrival to vehicle handover

Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering accurate estimates

Maintain precise records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services and products to enhance the customer experience

Liaise closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery

Keep customers informed on vehicle progress and manage any concerns effectively

Requirements that the Service Advisor will need:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive position is highly desirable

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record

Genuine passion for the motor trade and a professional work ethic

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with colleagues

Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and resolve issues swiftly
