We are seeking ambitious, commercially minded individuals to help us define the future of performance marketing. We are a rare breed in fintech/martech: Profitable, and reinvesting heavily in growth. We have validated the model; now we are scaling the commercial team to capture the market. Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to help drive brand acquisition and partnership growth. This is a strategic sales role for someone who can balance relationship-building with operational excellence, bringing a consultative approach to helping brands succeed in the CLO space. You’ll play a critical part in expanding our network of brands, shaping the way brands engage with CLO, and ensuring loyalBe remains at the forefront of this fast-evolving sector. Key Responsibilities Drive new business with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers in retail, travel, consumer electronics and other high value brand verticals. Manage the full sales lifecycle — from pipeline development, prospecting and management, to closing deals and assisting with onboarding. Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across global and regional teams. Understand customer objectives and translate them into successful CLO campaign strategies. Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and partnerships teams to enhance campaign performance and customer satisfaction. Continuously improve sales processes and playbooks, using a CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, Asana) to optimise efficiency. Contribute to our overall commercial strategy and help shape loyalBe’s position within the CLO ecosystem. About You / Requirements Experience: 5 years in B2B sales, performance marketing or similar client facing position. Highly Organised: You can effortlessly manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Strong Interpersonal Skills: you are empathetic, collaborative, and driven by both team and individual success. Clear Communicator: You can synthesise and communicate dense information clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. You are comfortable pitching to senior leadership teams. Ability to execute: You are comfortable cold-emailing, building connections at events, and turning a skeptic into a champion. You aren’t just handed leads, you create them. Performance marketing fluent: You understand the language of digital marketing and can explain the pros and cons of different channels. Desirable Skills Experience with Card-Linked-Offers or adjacent performance marketing channels. Experience working with global brands. Why Join Us?
