The team’s clients include well-established property developers, pension funds, banks, SMEs and owner-managed businesses, as well as high net worth private clients.
The Role
This is a multi-partner, modern and progressive law firm of great calibre, with a superb array of clients across many sectors.
They now wish to strengthen the commercial real estate team and are willing to consider candidates from one year PQE upwards, from either a regional or London background to support and work alongside an ex-city partner.
About You
You will be enthusiastic, with experience in all aspects of a busy commercial practice including, commercial acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties, the property aspects of corporate transactions, landlord and tenant matters and property finance.
