What you will do:
* Lead and coordinate adult safeguarding strategies and procedures across the organisation.
* Review and evaluate safeguarding concerns, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.

* Provide expert guidance and support to staff, facilitating training sessions where necessary.

Requirements of the Safeguarding Lead Coordinator:
* You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Care Wales.
* Previous significant frontline experience in UK social services focusing on social work is essential.
