Job Description
The Senior Market Data Lawyer will be:
3. Advising the business on a wide range of commercial and technology contracts.
4. Supporting complex market data licensing arrangements with major vendors and exchanges.
5. Negotiating and drafting agreements relating to technology, data services, and outsourcing.
6. Partnering with internal stakeholders across technology, procurement, and operations.
7. Contributing to the continued development of the organisation's commercial legal function.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Market Data Lawyer should be:
8. A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years' PQE in commercial or technology law.
9. Experienced in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
10. Familiar with market data agreements, financial services contracts, or technology licensing.
11. Comfortable advising senior stakeholders within a large organisation.
12. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
